By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to this Payment Policy.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through PayPal.
After our website is fully launched or updated, we may also support additional payment methods through UseePay or other third-party payment service providers.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your country or region, order type, transaction amount, payment provider settings, and website checkout options.
We reserve the right to add, remove, suspend, or change available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
PayPal Payments
PayPal allows customers to make payments securely using a PayPal account or other payment options supported by PayPal.
When you choose PayPal as your payment method, your payment will be processed by PayPal. You may be required to follow PayPal's own terms, policies, verification steps, and payment procedures.
We do not control PayPal's payment approval process, transaction review, payment delay, account limitation, or other actions taken by PayPal.
UseePay and Other Payment Providers
Once available on our website, UseePay may allow customers to complete payments through supported payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, or other local payment options, depending on the payment methods enabled at checkout.
Payments made through UseePay or other third-party payment providers will be processed by the relevant payment provider. These providers may collect and process your payment information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security standards.
We do not store your full credit card number, debit card number, or complete payment account details on our website.
Quotations and Payment Confirmation
For wholesale orders, custom orders, private label orders, or bulk purchases, the final payment amount will usually be confirmed through a quotation or invoice.
A quotation may include product price, quantity, customization costs, packaging costs, shipping fees, taxes, discounts, and any other applicable charges.
An order is not considered confirmed until we have accepted the order and received the required payment or deposit.
Production, customization, packaging, or shipment may not begin until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Deposits and Balance Payments
For certain orders, including custom products, private label orders, bulk orders, or made-to-order products, we may require a deposit before production begins.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the balance payment is not received on time, production, delivery, or shipment may be delayed.
Once production has started, deposits may not be refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy or agreed in writing.
Currency and Exchange Rates
Product prices and payment amounts may be shown or charged in USD, unless otherwise stated.
If you pay in a different currency, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, UseePay, or other payment provider may apply exchange rates, currency conversion fees, or international transaction fees.
We are not responsible for exchange rate differences, bank fees, card issuer fees, payment provider fees, or other charges imposed by third parties.
Taxes, Duties, and Additional Fees
Product prices do not include import duties, customs fees, local taxes, VAT, sales tax, clearance charges, or other destination-country charges unless clearly stated.
These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.
